Portal restructured

The new structure of the portal emphasises the services that the portal aims to provide to Association members:

• individual web space for every member of the Association;
• infrastructure for Special Interest Groups, which can be proposed by any member of the Association;
• the possibility to host project pages;
• access to premium content, such as databases available for download;
• orientation in the area, through the Toolbox and the Bibliography.
  

Content specific to the HUMAINE project has been moved below http://emotion-research.net/projects/humaine -- this includes, notably, the Deliverables and the Workshops pages.

Don't worry: Nothing was deleted. Actually, everything can still be accessed under the old web addresses: for example, an attempt to access the HUMAINE WP4 workshop page as http://emotion-research.net/ws/wp4 will silently be forwarded to http://emotion-research.net/humaine/projects/ws/wp4
