Dr. Theodoros Kostoulas holds Electrical and Computer Engineering Degree and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Patras, Greece, 2012. Since 2005 he has been continuously participating in several research and development projects and he has long experience in multi-user interactions, affective computing, human-computer interaction, signal processing, machine learning and data resources design. In the period 2013-2017 he was post-doctoral researcher at the Computer Vision and Multimedia Laboratory and the Swiss Center for Affective Sciences, University of Geneva, Switzerland and Lecturer at the same university (2016-2017). Following his postdoctoral activities, he is now Lecturer at Bournemouth University, UK (2017 - ), where he is leading the Affective Computing and Multimodal Interaction research topic (SEOTICS research group). He has authored or co-authored more than 30 peer-reviewed articles (Google scholar: h-index: 9, 320 citations, March 2018).
