Mitsuyo Hashida
Mitsuyo Hashida was born in Fukuoka, Japan. She finished a master degree of music at Sonology Department of Kunitachi College of Music at 2001, with composition of contemporary computer music, computer animation and programming under Takayuki Rai, Cort Lippe and Erik On'a. Some music works with MAX/ISPW or MAX/MSP of hers have been presented at ICMC 1999 in Beijing, the June in Buffalo 2001 in the State University of New York at Buffalo and world recitals of L. Graugaad, a flutist, in 2002. Also her animation work was selected and presented at the 25th SIGGRAPH in 1998. Then she received a doctor of system engineering of Wakayama University. Now her interest has been in human recognition of expressive musical performance rendering. She has worked at the Research Center for Human Media of Kwansei Kwansei Gakuin University, and joins CrestMuse Project.
